  • When will my Item ship?

    All items are produced and shipped from our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. USPS First Class Mail transit times apply for Standard Shipping. USPS Priority Mail transit times apply for Expedited Shipping. Click the tracking information located in your confirmation email for USPS' estimated arrival.   • Where is my item?

    You can view the status of your order by accessing the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.

  • Do you accept PayPal?

    Yes.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, we are shipping to the United States and Canada only. For international shipping, we utilize eBay, whose link is posted at the top of our home page.

  • How much does it cost to ship to my country?

    eBay collects various VATs and taxes and determines which carrier will be used. Pumpcases is unaware of the shipping fee eBay charges, as it will vary from country to country.

    Please get in touch with us as soon as you discover a mistake. We will make the change if we catch the error before the item goes into production. Remember, we attempt to ship your order in 1 business day, so please act fast!

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

  • What happens if the item was “Returned to Sender”?

    If your order has been listed as “undeliverable” and returned to us, we'll refund your order in full.

  • What happens if my item is damaged?

    If your item has any defects or errors on our part, we'll replace the item at no additional cost. The damaged product doesn't need to be returned. We'll refund your order in full if we cannot exchange the merchandise due to inventory issues.

  • Can I put my case or garter in the washing machine?

    No. We strongly recommend hand-washing all pumpcases.com products. If you think that your product is flawed, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at landon@pumpcases.com

  • What do I do if I received the incorrect product or my product is defective?

    We apologize if you receive the wrong product in your order. If this happens, please send us an email at landon@pumpcases.com and include your order number. We will promptly send you a replacement product along with a prepaid return label to cover the incorrect item. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
